We created this course 100 hours Hatha and Ashtanga yoga teacher training for those students who can’t complete the entire 200 hour Hatha and Ashtanga yoga teacher training at one go, because of their busy life cannot find the time for 24 days. So we divided the 200 hour YTTC into two part and after completing both the part successfully within the year of commencement, you will be awarded the certificate of 200 hour Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training. Because 100 hour Yoga Teacher Training is not certified through Yoga Alliance USA. So we call this course as a preparatory course or ( Pre TTC) of 200 hours Hatha and ashtanga Yoga Tracher Training.

PROGRAM SYLLABUS

  • Key Poses of Yoga - An in-depth study and analysis of postures, alignment, energetic and health benefits, adjustments, modifications and how to use yoga props.
  • Anatomy and Physiology - An in-depth study and analysis of functional anatomy and key systems of the body. Understand how the Human body works and apply this knowledge for the safe and effective Yoga practice and teaching.
  • The History and Development of Yoga - Learn a deeper level of yoga, From where Yoga comes and how it has developed into its modern Yoga for today's life. An exploration of the foundational traditions and their philosophies, including Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Tantra Yoga, and Vinyasa flow Yoga.
  • Advaita Vedanta, learning a deeper and practical knowledge from Advaita Vedanta, this is a no dualistic philosophy of the ancient Rishis of India. This philosophy is the conclusion to all the other methods of spiritual practices given to us by the Great Master Bhagavadpada Shankaracharya.
  • Understanding the tradition of Mantra chanting and Chakra meditation in its functional attributes in the neo Yoga teaching styles today
  • The Science of Pranayama - this is much more than inhale/exhale. The breath is the primary life force energy and is the foundation of a meaningful yogic practice. The breath has a profound influence on our nervous system and how we interact with the world. We will cover its application into the Yoga postures and meditation.
  • Understanding and going beyond the fundamentals of the Shat Kriya practices from the Hatha Yoga tradition
  • Developing a Yogic lifestyle - This goes much deeper than what you wear or what you eat. Understand how to incorporate the tools and philosophies of yoga to map out an authentic and purposeful life.
  • Taking the seat of the teacher - There is more to leading a class than just having knowledge of yoga practice. We'll give you tools to be an effective leader through understanding the responsibilities and ethics in the classroom, and as in your community.
  • Learn to Teach - In our courses, you will get the opportunity to teach and refine your communication skills for yoga teaching to deliver an inspiring class. There will be plenty of practice teaching: one on one, in small groups, and in front of the whole class.

Daily schedule

We are completing Our 100 hour Hatha and ashtanga yoga teacher in Rishikesh India in 12 days. so we have to study 8 to 9 hour daily. You might feel this Teacher Training a bit intense but you will see the flowering of this as well when you will complete this course. Going to bed early and getting up early is the first rule of the yogic life. So we start our day from 5:30 am based on the time of the year. We start our day with morning shatkriya ( yogic cleansing of the internal body) with Pranayama and meditation along with morning Alignment and props based Hatha Yoga Class then you get breakfast.

We know that this course is going to be intense, Relaxation and proper sleep are needed, so we have given rest time after Lunch fallow with Yoga Nidra so that you can be relaxed your body and mind.
